Interior Design Associate

Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of assigned interior design projects from concept to completion.
• Develop and present design concepts, mood boards, and detailed drawings, 3D models, and design documentation.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, deliverables, and design milestones
• Coordinate directly with contractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure execution accuracy
• Supervise site implementation and resolve design or execution issues on-ground

Requirements:

• Degree in architecture (or closely related field).
• Proficiency in 2D and 3D design software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Coohom or relevant tools).
• 1-2 years of experience in similar roles or design projects with expertise in interior design with an understanding of contemporary trends, styles, and materials.
• Knowledge of furniture and FF&E selection, sourcing, and specification to match project requirements.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, vendors, artisans and design teams.
• A keen eye for detail and a strong sense of creativity and problem-solving in design projects.
• Willingness to be on-site regularly.
