Barrick Africa Middle East is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Instrumentation Technician to join its team at North Mara Gold Mine.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Electronics and Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation or Industrial Automation.
• Instrumentation Trade Test Certificate.
• VETA Driving Certificate.
• Valid Tanzanian driving licence, Classes B, C, D and E.
• Ability to drive a manual or stick-shift vehicle.

Experience

• At least two years’ post-Trade Test experience.
• Industrial plant maintenance experience.
• Previous maintenance exposure to mills, crushers, conveyors, compressors, pumps and CIL tanks is beneficial.
