Job Summary
- The In-Store Sales Agent will be responsible for promoting and selling Buy Now, Pay Later BNPL solutions at partner retail stores.
- The role involves engaging customers, explaining product benefits, guiding them through the application process, and driving product adoption while delivering excellent customer service and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year sales experience financial services experience is an added advantage.
- Educational Qualification: B.Sc. / HND in Finance, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Ability to use digital/mobile tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills.
- In-depth knowledge of sales techniques, particularly within the financial sector.
- Strong relationship-building abilities and a high level of integrity.
