Employment Information

Responsibilities:

  • Own end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles.
  • Manage job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, assessments, and hiring documentation.
  • Maintain employee records, contracts, onboarding documents, and HR policies.
  • Support onboarding, probation tracking, confirmations, warnings, performance reviews, and exits.
  • Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance, leave tracking, and employee status updates.
  • Help implement performance management systems, KPIs, review cycles, and improvement plans.
  • Ensure team members understand company expectations, conduct standards, and communication norms.
  • Support employee engagement, conflict resolution, and internal communications.
  • Maintain confidentiality across employee, compensation, disciplinary, and company matters.
  • Ensure HR processes are structured, documented, and consistently followed.


Requirements:

  • 4+ years of HR, people operations, recruitment, or talent management experience.
  • Strong understanding of hiring, onboarding, performance management, documentation, and employee relations.
  • Experience hiring technical talent is strongly preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication.
  • Strong organization, follow-through, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work with confidential information professionally.
  • Comfortable using tools like Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, Jira, Trello, ATS tools, or HR systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.
  • Good understanding of Nigerian employment practices.
  • Experience supporting international, remote, startup, or technology teams is a strong advantage.
