Academic Qualifications and Background:

• A degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial or Organizational Psychology
• A background in Hospitality Human Resources in a 5* Luxury Hotel / Lodge environment
• 5 years word experience in HR function in a hospitality environment
• Previous Experience in Labour Relations
• Payroll Experience SAGE 300 People
• Valid Drivers' License

• Strategic Planning
• Proficient in MS Office
• Proficient in SAGE People 300 payroll
• Conversant with Hospitality and HR Technical Terminology
• Conversant with Hospitality organizational structures and roles
• Experience in preparing organization wide annual plans including budgets 
• Competent in correctly developing and ensuring policies, processes and standards are implemented and applied across the organization.

• Ability to comprehend, develop and communicate abstract concepts
• Ability to correctly communicate detailed information and instructions to others
