Requirements
- Degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
- At least 2 years experience in HR.
- Knowledge of HR practices and labor laws.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
Zambian Legal Requirements
- Must be approved and registered by the Zambia Institute of Human Resource Management (ZIHRM).
- Must hold a valid certificate of practice issued by ZIHRM.
- Employers are legally required to only hire registered HR practitioners.
- Your HR qualifications must be validated by the Zambia Qualifications Authority (ZAQA).
- Membership and registration with ZIHRM (Associate, Full Member, or Fellow) based on your experience and academic background.
