Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Industrial Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
