Job Description

• We are seeking a skilled, reliable, and proactive Facility & Pool Maintenance Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the hotel’s facilities and ensuring the swimming pool is clean, safe, and fully operational.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect, maintain, and repair hotel facilities, equipment, and utilities.
• Perform routine maintenance on plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Clean, monitor, and maintain the swimming pool, ensuring proper water quality and chemical balance.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve maintenance issues.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from hotel departments.
• Maintain maintenance records and report major repairs to management.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Keep tools, equipment, and work areas clean and organized.

Requirements

• Minimum of SSCE with 2 years experience
• Previous experience in facility maintenance and/or pool maintenance is an added advantage.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Knowledge of swimming pool maintenance and water treatment is an advantage.
• Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and respond to emergencies when required.
• Applicants must reside within or around the Zango area.
