Key Responsibilities: ✔ Oversee daily hotel operations across all departments ✔ Manage breakfast service and ensure exceptional guest dining experience ✔ Coordinate housekeeping and maintenance teams for smooth operations ✔ Lead and supervise staff across multiple shifts ✔ Ensure guest requests and issues are handled efficiently and professionally ✔ Maintain high service standards across all touchpoints ✔ Support operational reporting and daily handovers ✔ Ensure consistent communication between departments ? Requirements: ✔ Minimum 3 years’ supervisory experience in hospitality ✔ Strong operational hotel knowledge ✔ Semper PMS experience strongly preferred ✔ Ability to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays ✔ Strong leadership and team coordination skills ✔ Calm, composed, and professional under pressure ✔ Warm, guest-focused approach with firm and fair team management style ?
