A well established Wine Estate is seeking to appoint an Accommodation Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Hospitality Accommodations. This position is crucial for the business's and client success and revenue generation, ensuring exceptional guest services, maintaining the overall ambiance and high standards cleanliness and hygiene, and aligning with the company's culture and values. REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field. Certification in Hospitality Management or Accommodation Management. Minimum of 5 years of experience in accommodation management, preferably in a luxury or high-end establishment. Proficiency in financial management and budgeting. Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a must. Labor Law: Understanding employment contracts, worker rights, and dispute resolution. Environmental; Health and Safety: Familiarity with environmental protection laws, workplace safety standards, and health regulations. Social Responsibility: Awareness of corporate social responsibility initiatives and community engagement. Strong leadership and team management skills.
