Reporting & Statistics: Compiling daily, monthly, or annual reports on admissions, discharges, deaths, and clinical data for management.
Administrative Duties: Scheduling appointments, managing patient inquiries, and facilitating information exchange between departments.
Requirements:
A minimum of a diploma in health records and information management, health information science, or a related field.
Strong proficiency in computer applications, knowledge of medical terminology, high attention to detail, organisational skills, and strict adherence to confidentiality protocols.
