Selected Supplies is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Scaffolding Division to lead operations, drive profitability, and ensure excellence across all scaffolding projects. This senior role requires strong leadership, financial oversight, and a commitment to safety and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage scaffolding operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and timely delivery.
  • Oversee stock management, including orders, deliveries, collections, stock takes, and housekeeping.
  • Manage accounts and administration processes, including quotes, purchase orders, invoicing, debtors, and delivery notes.
  • Take full responsibility for the division’s profit and loss performance, including financial reporting and cost control.
  • Provide strategic leadership, resource planning, and team development.
  • Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety standards and scaffolding regulations.
  • Collaborate with senior management to align division goals with company objectives.

Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience in scaffolding, construction, or industrial operations.
  • Strong financial acumen with direct P&L management experience.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Commitment to safety, compliance, and operational excellence.
