Oilfield Solutions is a leading provider of EPC support services, specializing in the supply of highly skilled technical manpower to the oil & gas, energy, and industrial sectors. As we expand our market footprint, we are seeking an accomplished and commercially driven Head, Business Development to lead revenue growth, strengthen client relationships, and position the company as the preferred partner for technical manpower and EPC support solutions.
This role is designed for a high-performing business leader with strong industry networks, proven sales success, and deep understanding of EPC projects, contractor operations, and workforce solutions within the oil and gas sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the business growth strategy for EPC Support Services.
- Secure high-value technical manpower and project support contracts.
- Build strategic relationships with IOCs, EPC contractors, and major service companies.
- Drive prequalification, vendor registration, and framework agreement opportunities.
- Identify upcoming projects and position OFS for early engagement.
- Lead commercial negotiations through contract award.
- Develop strategic partnerships that expand OFS market reach.
- Achieve aggressive revenue and profitability targets.
Qualification & Requirement
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, or related discipline MBA is an advantage.
- Minimum of 8 years' experience in Business Development within the oil & gas industry.
- Demonstrated success in winning EPC, manpower, engineering, or technical service contracts.
- Strong network across operators, EPC contractors, and major service companies.
- Excellent commercial negotiation and client relationship skills.
