Core Responsibilities

• Versatile Styling: Perform haircuts, blowouts, and color applications safely and effectively on all hair types including fine, coarse, wavy, curly, and chemical-processed international hair.
• Cross-Cultural Customer Service: Provide a welcoming, professional, and patient experience for foreign clients, adapting communication styles to bridge potential language or cultural gaps.
• Station & Tool Upkeep: Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation, ensuring all tools are sanitized between appointments.
• Client Retention: Build a loyal following by ensuring international guests feel heard, understood, and comfortable with the local salon experience.
• Product Education: Guide clients on the best products to handle local humidity, hard water, or weather changes based on their specific hair type.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: 2+ years of experience on a salon floor, with explicit training or hands-on experience working with foreign or diverse hair types.
• Licensing: Valid and active Cosmetology or Hairdressing
