Key Responsibilities

• Manage the Financial accounting and reporting within the framework of an agreed business strategy and to meet operational targets in order to achieve ROI, Customer satisfaction and to ensure that the legal compliances are met with.
• Developing a strong finance and accounting team to ensure high productivity.
• Providing the organization with technical accounting process, including adapting to the latest developments.
• Effectively managing the Fund flow and the Working capital of the organisation.
• Advising the Board on the latest advancement on the technology adaptable for the organization.
• Analysing the required process changes and providing the Finance department with strategic inputs.
• Responsible for supervising the preparation of Periodic and Annual Financial Statements.
• Supervising the periodic filing of VAT, Income Tax, WHT, T P and other compliances.
• Training and mentoring the Finance team.

Requirements

• We are looking for a Group Finance Director who is a qualified Chartered Accountant/ Cost Accountant and well versed with Finance, Accounts, Taxation, VAT, IFRS, and other statutory requirements.
• The ideal candidate shall have a minimum of Eighteen to Twenty years of experience at Senior Management level and shall possess sound knowledge of Management Reporting, Income Tax, Auditing and other compliance Procedures.
• He should be capable of leading the integrated Accounts and finance team that can help the company reach its strategic goals through continuous improvements.
• Good knowledge of Pastel, Tally or other Accounting software, Microsoft, Payroll Software etc. is essential.
• Candidates with good knowledge of business and Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving skills shall be preferred.
• Good communication skills, team work ethics and passion for implementation of systems are required.
• Salary Commensurate with qualifications and relevant experience.
