Primestix Construction is looking for a Graphic Designer/Video Editor to manage graphic design and video production in-house covering everything from brand visuals and marketing materials to filming and editing property and project content.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the company's visual identity and brand consistency across digital and print
- Design marketing materials brochures, flyers, banners, business cards, presentations, and other promotional assets
- Create graphics for social media, websites, email campaigns, and digital ads
- Plan, shoot, and edit video content property walkthroughs, project progress updates, corporate events, interviews, testimonials, and campaigns
- Operate professional camera, drone, gimbal, lighting, and audio equipment
- Produce short and long-form content for social media and marketing use
- Work with the Sales & Marketing team to plan and execute creative campaigns
- Organize and archive project files, ensuring everything is backed up and retrievable
- Stay current on design and content trends
- Support other departments with design, presentations, and event branding as needed
- Meet agreed quality standards and deadlines on all deliverables
Requirements
- A strong portfolio showing skill in both graphic design and video production
- Hands-on experience with professional camera, drone, gimbal, lighting, and audio equipment
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent and video editing softwares
- Real estate, property, or construction content experience is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail and understanding of premium brand standards
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple deliverables to deadline
