Job Details

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate all assembly activities within the department.
  • Ensure production schedules and daily output targets are achieved.
  • Ensure assembled products meet established quality standards and specifications.
  • Conduct routine inspections of products during and after assembly.
  • Identify defects and implement corrective actions to reduce product rejection rates.
  • Ensure proper handling and storage of finished products.
  • Assign duties and monitor employee performance.
  • Promote teamwork and a positive working environment.

Qualifications

  • HND / B.Sc. Degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology/chemisty, Production Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 0-2 years' experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in plastics production.
  • Nysc certificate
  • Good analytical and reporting skills
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Good knowledge of manufacturing and assembly processes.
  • Quality control and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.
  • Proficiency in production reporting and record-keeping.
