Requirements:
- Minimum 8–10 years' senior management experience in the aluminium manufacturing, glazing, or façade industry
- Proven experience managing a manufacturing or production facility
- Strong knowledge of aluminium fabrication, manufacturing, and installation processes
- Sound understanding of BIBC requirements and South African labour legislation
- Experience managing production, warehouse, procurement, logistics, and installation teams
- Computer literate with ERP or manufacturing system experience
- Diploma or Degree in Business Management, Operations Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field
- Project Management qualification advantageous
- Valid driver's licence
