Employment Information

Main Purpose

  • Support in the investigation & recommendation of new fulfilment strategic initiatives that will improve market position & grow the online business
  • Continuous improvement/reengineering of new & existing fulfilment processes
  • Assists in driving the strategy execution through designing new business models, streamlining and reengineering existing business processes and providing change management

Key Outcomes

  • Assess value, develop business cases, and prioritise work to ensure maximum value aligned with overall fulfilment strategy
  • Market research and analysis to refine the online roadmap
  • Assist in defining, measuring and monitoring solution (KPI) performance and use as input into future roadmap definition
  • Assist in the planning and prioritizing new & existing systems, processes & capabilities
  • Provide backlog management and iteration planning
  • Deliver business value by working closely with Business Development Manager to create and maintain a product backlog according to business project scoring
  • Lead the fulfilment planning release plans and set the expectation for delivery of new functionalities & enhancements
  • Provide an active role in mitigating roadblocks impacting successful team completion of release, sprint and project goals
  • Provide an active role in supporting Proof Of Concepts and implementation
  • research of new business opportunities (market, customers, competitors) by using desk research, external consultants and internal expertise from across the business as necessary
  • Assist in preparation of Board & EXCO presentations
  • Identify potential risks and implement strategies to mitigate

Job Requirements

  • Relevant Degree/Diploma
  • 5 + years relevant working experience within eCommerce/logistics (or similar) environment
  • Understanding of the Agile development approach
  • Understanding of e commerce technical platforms

  • Able to Travel
