Live-In Position Kendrick Recruitment is currently hiring an experienced and dynamic Front of House / Lodge Anchor for a luxury safari lodge based in the Kruger National Park. This is an exciting opportunity for a hospitality professional with exceptional guest service skills, strong administration abilities, and a passion for luxury safari lodge hospitality. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring seamless guest experiences while supporting front office operations, administration, and overall lodge standards within a luxury bush environment. Requirements: ✔ Previous lodge or hospitality experience essential ✔ Excellent customer service and people skills ✔ Strong organisational and communication abilities ✔ Self-motivated with strong attention to detail ✔ Financial understanding and accountability ✔ Computer literate with strong written and verbal English ✔ ResRequest experience advantageous ✔ Own reliable transport essential ✔ Professional, adaptable, and able to work independently and within a team Key Responsibilities: • Host guests with warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail • Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently • Conduct stock control and room checks • Handle office administration and reporting duties • Ensure high standards across all guest-facing areas • Support operational departments to ensure seamless guest experiences • Take ownership of tasks and contribute positively to the team environment Package Includes: • Live-in accommodation • Meals provided • Laundry included • 6 Weeks On / 2 Weeks Off cycle • 21 Days Annual Leave Please Note: No children or pets permitted.
