‣ Onboard and review HP &; Loan applications in accordance with the company's credit policy framework

‣ Provide training and support to increase Merchant app and Noula usage rate.

‣ Report &; review merchant queries and applications within the set timeframe

‣ Address issues linked to compliance/KYC/remittance of merchants/merchant & payment app promptly

‣ Develop new businesses during weekly field visits by onboarding new merchants

‣ Ensure operational excellence in the delivery of services and actively participate in the develoment of the business with new ideas - Recommend changes/amendments to existing processes to promote efficiency and improve customer service

‣ Promote a high level of integrity and ethics

‣ at all times within the Rodrigues Operations and in dealing with Merchants and clients.

‣ Actively engage with the local community

‣ creating awareness about "noula" and showcasing its unique features and benefits and utilise persuasive communication to encourage download

‣ installationa nd exploration of ''noula''

‣ Generate interest and excitement around "noula" through innovative and compelling promotional strategies.

‣ Establish a strong physical presence in key local areas and public spaces

‣ interacting with potential users.

Your profile:

• HSC Level or equivalent.
• Quick learner
• Customer-oriented and professional attitude
• Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
• Computer literate
• Available to work few hours per week 
• Must already be residing in Rodrigues
