Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily operations of the agricultural site.
• Supervise and lead site personnel to ensure efficient workflow and productivity.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate daily and long-term operational activities.
• Oversee the maintenance and operation of mechanical plant and agricultural equipment (meganiese aanleg).
• Ensure preventative maintenance schedules are followed and equipment downtime is minimized.
• Monitor work quality, safety compliance, and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate resources, materials, and equipment to meet production requirements.
• Prepare operational reports and provide regular feedback to management.
• Troubleshoot operational and mechanical challenges and implement effective solutions.
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping and site organization.

Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a Foreman, Site Manager, or similar management role.
• Experience within the agricultural sector is essential.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical plant, agricultural machinery, and equipment maintenance.
• Proven experience in site management and operational planning.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Computer literacy and report-writing skills.
• Valid driver's licence.
