Staff Leadership
- Train, guide, and manage lodge workers (housekeeping, F&B, and support teams).
- Assign daily tasks and ensure teamwork across departments.
Inventory & Administration
- Monitor stock levels for housekeeping, kitchen, and bar supplies.
- Assist management with reporting, logs, and cost control.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in a hospitality supervisory or front-office role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Passion for customer service and high operational standards
