Job Summary
- We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Fleet & Monitoring Officer to oversee our vehicle tracking operations and ensure optimal fleet performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor all company vehicles in real-time using GPS tracking systems
- Track trip compliance, route adherence, and driver behavior
- Generate daily reports on vehicle location, fuel usage, and idle time
- Investigate and report tracking device tampering or downtime
- Coordinate with drivers and operations team to resolve route deviations
- Maintain accurate records of fleet movement and incidents
- Support enforcement of company fleet policies and safety standards
Requirements
- HND / B,Sc. Degree in Transport Management, Logistics, or related field
- 2+ years experience in fleet monitoring or vehicle tracking roles
- Proficient with GPS tracking software e.g. Nova track, Mixtelematics etc.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work shifts including weekends if required
- Excellent communication and reporting skills
- Resident in or willing to relocate to Ewekoro/Abeokuta/Sango/Ifo axis
