We are looking for dynamic, results-driven professionals to join our team and play a key role in our continued growth across multiple African markets.

BASED IN LUSAKA, ZAMBIA

ROLE SUMMARY

Oversee the finance function, ensure accurate financial reporting, compliance and effective internal controls. Provide financial leadership and support strategic decision-making.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, tax and regulatory requirements
• Oversee general ledger, accounts payable/receivable
• Manage cash flow, treasury and banking relationships
• Lead month-end/year-end close and audit processes
• Develop and enforce internal controls and financial policies

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Qualified Accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ZICA, CA Zambia, CPA or CTA an advantage)
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, tax and financial management
• 6-8 years' experience in a similar role
• Leadership, communication and analytical skills
