Job Description:
- Oversee the full finance and operational functions across multiple entities
- Manage and mentor a finance team of approximately three employees
- Prepare and review management accounts, budgets, forecasts, and financial reports
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls
- Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies
- Liaise with banking and financial institution stakeholders
- Support strategic decision-making through financial analysis and reporting
- Monitor cash flow, financial performance, and risk management activities
- Develop and maintain advanced Excel-based financial models and reports
- Work closely with senior management to achieve business objectives
Skills & Experience:- Minimum 5 years' relevant finance management experience
- Proven multi-entity finance experience is essential
- Strong financial services or banking-related industry exposure
- Advanced Excel skills are required
- Demonstrated leadership and people management experience
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Positive attitude with the ability to thrive in a high-performance environment
Qualification:- CA(SA) preferred but not essential
- Candidates with CIMA, completed Articles, or a BCom degree will also be considered
