Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Finance Manager to join our finance team. As a Finance Manager, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of financial principles, excellent numerical skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description:

  • Clients Billings Management: - Receivable’s initiation, tracking, collection, administration and accounting.
  • Vendors Invoices management: - Payable’s acknowledgement, tracking, disbursement, administration and accounting.
  • Broker Management: Monthly reconciliation and sign off with all brokers.
  • Preparation of monthly management accounts, cashflow reports and variance analysis.
  • Partner with the Global Finance Team and Managing Director on performance tracking and checking reconciliations tracking against forecast.
  • Ensure compliance with all trading deals.
  • Timely and accurate reporting of financial reports.
  • Budgets preparation, tracking, performance monitoring and reporting.
  • Generation of Financial information to prepare financial statements P or L, SOFP, Cashflow etc..
  • Statutory Compliance with VAT and WHT.
  • General Ledgers Reconciliation.
  • Management of MOU accounts.

Job Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration.
  • Association of Chartered Accountants ACA. 
  • Superior technical accounting knowledge.
  • Excellent skills in providing and interpreting financial information.
  • The ability to analyze change and advise co-workers and stakeholders accordingly.
  • Confidence in analyzing competitors and market trends.
  • Experience in conducting reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.
  • The ability to produce accurate financial reports to specific deadlines.
  • A good working knowledge of financial regulations and legislation.
  • The ability to monitor and interpret cash flows and predict future trends.
  • The ability to build, manage and maintain budgets.
  • The ability to use main accounting and office software packages competently such asNavision Accounting enterprise package, Microsoft Excel, Access and Word.
