Introduction

A water treatment plant based in Rosslyn is seeking a Finance Assistant to support daily financial operations. The role involves handling invoicing, purchase orders, and assisting with cost tracking and sales administration.

Duties & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Capture and process customer invoices
  • Create and manage purchase orders
  • Assist with cost tracking and expense allocation
  • Support sales administration and reporting
  • Maintain accurate financial records
  • Assist with general finance/admin duties as required

Skills & Attributes:

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic numerical and analytical skills

Desired Experience & Qualification

Minimum Requirements:

  • Relevant finance/accounting certificate or qualification
  • Experience working with Sage (essential)
  • Basic understanding of financial processes and bookkeeping
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Package & Remuneration

Salary:

  • R11,000 CTC per month
