JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accountant that will be responsible for overseeing the company's financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in all accounting processes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Financial Reporting & Management across FM operations, project sites, and procurement units.
- Annual Budgeting, Forecasting & Cost Control for all contracts, procurement deals, and projects.
- Project & Contract Financial Oversight
- Cash Flow & Working Capital Management
- Procurement & Vendor Financial Control
- Tax, Compliance & Risk Management
- Payroll, Systems adoption & Leadership
QUALIFICATION & REQUIREMENTS
- BSc in Accounting, Finance or a relevant field; professional certifications such as ACA, ACCA are highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, tax regulations and internal controls.
- 5-7 years accounting experience.
- Experience with general ledger functions
- Excellent analytical, organizational and attention to detail skills.
