URGENT HIRING – Finance & Accounting Academics | Durban | CA(SA)

A leading institution’s School of Finance and Accounting is seeking dynamic and academically driven qualified CA(SA)s to join their postgraduate academic team on a 1-year renewable contract basis in Durban.

• We are currently recruiting Academics with specialization in:
  Auditing
  Tax
  Financial Accounting
  Managerial Accounting

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a SAICA-endorsed PGDA programme and play a key role in preparing future finance professionals for success.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lecturing postgraduate students within the PGDA programme
• Developing and updating learning material aligned to SAICA competencies
• Facilitating engaging and interactive learning experiences
• Student support, assessment, moderation, and feedback
• Curriculum development and academic administration
• Participation in research and academic innovation initiatives

Minimum Requirements:
? Qualified CA(SA)
? Minimum 5 years’ lecturing experience within higher education/academia
? Strong understanding of postgraduate accounting education and professional programme requirements
? Excellent communication and student engagement skills

Added Advantage:
? Master’s qualification in Accounting, Finance, Education, or related field
? Experience lecturing SAICA-endorsed programmes
? Research supervision and curriculum development experience
