Key Responsibilities
- Drive customer acquisition through on-ground sales activities.
- Convert prospects into active Shuttlers users through app downloads and bookings.
- Support wallet funding activation for new users.
- Build and maintain local affiliate partnerships.
- Promote weekly and monthly ride subscriptions.
- Ensure optimal route occupancy through rider acquisition efforts.
- Submit daily and weekly performance reports.
- Participate in territory expansion and market penetration initiatives.
- Educate and onboard new riders to the Shuttlers platform.
Requirements
Education:
- OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- NYSC members and recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
Experience:
Preferred Backgrounds:
- Fintech field sales Moniepoint, OPay, PalmPay, MoMo, etc.
- FMCG sales and trade marketing.
- Telecommunications sales and activations.
- Solar sales and distribution.
- Last-mile distribution networks.
Not Preferred:
- Logistics operations.
- Traditional transport operations.
- Administrative roles.
Required Skills:
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Customer acquisition and lead generation experience.
- Ability to work independently in a field environment.
- Relationship management skills.
- Basic smartphone and digital literacy.
- Data reporting and record-keeping skills.
- Strong resilience and ability to handle rejection.
Remuneration
- Base Salary: ₦53,000 per month.
- Transport & Data Allowance: ₦20,000 per month.
- Total Fixed Monthly Earnings: ₦73,000.

- Affiliate onboarding and activation.
- High-quality user acquisition.
- Monthly performance bonuses and leaderboard incentives.
Other Requirements:
- Must be willing to work primarily in the field.
- Must be comfortable meeting daily sales targets.
- Must own and be able to operate a smartphone.
- Must be willing to work within assigned territories Ogba, Ota, or Mowe.
- Must be highly self-motivated and target-driven.
- Must be available to participate in weekly office training and reporting sessions.
