About the Field Sales Marketing Jobs in Lusaka at Urbanex Logistics As a Field Sales & Marketing Agent, you will play a crucial role in expanding Urbanex’s customer base by promoting our comprehensive logistics services. This position requires a proactive approach to lead generation, client engagement, and service promotion across Lusaka’s bustling markets and commercial areas.

Key Responsibilities Distribute flyers in high-traffic locations including markets, shops, malls, bus stations, and business districts throughout Lusaka. Engage with potential clients, focusing on individuals and businesses importing goods from China, to collect contact details and generate leads.

Organize and manage information booths at events and marketplaces to showcase Urbanex’s services. Conduct competitor analysis by monitoring pricing and gathering market feedback to inform business strategy.

Manage incoming inquiries via WhatsApp and phone, converting prospects into paying customers. Maintain regular follow-up with leads through daily calls and WhatsApp messages until their shipments are confirmed with Urbanex.

Educate clients on Urbanex’s logistics solutions, including air and sea freight, consolidation services, door-to-door delivery, and supplier payment assistance. Provide frontline customer support and escalate complex issues to senior management when necessary.

Candidate Requirements Minimum education:

• Grade 12 Certificate (mandatory).
• Additional qualifications such as a Certificate or Diploma in Sales & Marketing or Business Administration are advantageous.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to speak confidently and professionally.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently in the field.
• Professional appearance and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Residency in Lusaka and availability for fieldwork are essential.
