Using our proprietary mobile platform, you will identify potential clients, assess their financial needs, and build lasting relationships that empower sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities for Field Entrepreneur Jobs in Lusaka Client Onboarding:

• Identify and enroll market traders and small business owners in Lusaka using our digital platform.

Credit Assessments:

• Conduct thorough field visits to analyze client cash flows, estimate profits, and evaluate loan applications.

Financial Literacy Training:

• Deliver practical training and ongoing support to help clients manage their finances responsibly.

Portfolio Management:

• Administer daily and weekly micro-loan disbursements, monitor repayments, and maintain portfolio health.

Relationship Building:

• Provide excellent customer service and cultivate trust within Lusaka’s commercial communities.

Qualifications and Skills Required Education:

• Minimum Grade 12 Certificate or equivalent.

Experience:

• Proven success in field sales, microfinance, community mobilization, or related sectors.

Local Knowledge:

Technical Proficiency:
