Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and sales-driven individual to represent a fashion-forward watch category, delivering an exceptional customer experience while achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities Include:
- Drive sales and meet individual targets
- Deliver excellent customer service and product knowledge
- Assist customers in selecting products suited to their needs
- Maintain visual merchandising standards
- Handle transactions and after-sales service
Requirements
Key Requirements:
- Grade 12 / Matric (essential)
- 2-3 years of retail sales experience in designed watches/jewellery sales in a retail environment
- Strong customer engagement and selling skills
- Passion for fashion and watches
- Energetic, confident, and target-driven
- Excellent communication skills
