Farm Supervisor

• Supervise and coordinate daily farm activities.
• Monitor and guide farm workers to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• Implement instructions and plans provided by the farm owner.
• Ensure proper handling and maintenance of farm tools and equipment.
• Keep basic records of farm activities and progress.
• Maintain cleanliness, order, and safety on the farm.
• Drive for farm-related needs, including transportation of produce, supplies, or personnel.
• Assist with sourcing and purchasing farm inputs when needed.
• Provide regular updates on operations, challenges, and outcomes.

Requirements:

• Supervisory experience (in any field).
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive confidently.
