Key Responsibilities: 

• Overseeing daily strawberry production activities.
• Supervising and managing farm labour teams.
• Assisting with planting, cultivation and harvesting programmes.
• Monitoring crop health and production standards.
• Ensuring quality standards are maintained in the field.
• Coordinating field activities with pack-house requirements.
• Assisting with production planning and operational improvements.
• Maintaining accurate production records.

• Experience in commercial strawberry farming.
• Knowledge of strawberry cultivation and production processes.
• Experience managing farm workers and team leaders.
• Valid driver's licence (PDP advantageous).
• Computer literacy.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Good attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to work outdoors and during peak production periods.

• Global G.A.P. experience.
• Irrigation and fertigation experience.
• Experience supplying local and export markets.
