• We are seeking hardworking, reliable, and safety-conscious Factory Operators to join our production team. The ideal candidate will support daily manufacturing operations, ensure quality standards, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment safely
• Follow standard operating procedures to meet production targets
• Conduct basic quality checks and report defects or machine issues
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Work effectively in a team and adhere to company policies
• Support loading, packaging, and movement of materials as needed

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Minimum of ND in Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or any Science-related field.
• NCE/OND in Education with specialization in Mathematics, Computer Science, or other Science subjects is also accepted

Experience:

• Previous factory/production experience is an advantage, but not required. On-the-job training will be provided
• Ability to work in shifts and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication skills and willingness to learn
• Physically fit and able to stand for long periods
• Positive attitude, punctuality, and strong work ethic
