Overview

  • In this role, you will oversee the maintenance and functionality of all company facilities including QSR outlets, event sites, production areas, tenant spaces, and corporate offices.
  • You will manage maintenance planning, vendor coordination, utilities, tenant relations, and safety compliance to ensure smooth, cost-effective operations across all locations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee maintenance and repair of all facilities and equipment.
  • Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities across all locations.
  • Manage service charge collection, facility upkeep, and issue resolution for tenants occupying space within company outlets.
  • Handle utility bill payments and ensure compliance with government-related facility obligations e.g., electricity, water, sanitation.
  • Coordinate and manage external service providers and technical contractors.
  • Track and control facility-related budgets, expenses, and maintenance cost efficiency.
  • Supervise in-house teams including IT, maintenance, janitorial, and facility staff.
  • Ensure timely response to emergencies and facility-related disruptions.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of repairs, inspections, vendor agreements, and compliance records.
  • Plan and execute facility upgrades, equipment procurement, and infrastructure projects.
  • Ensure that all tools, systems, and utilities across office and operational sites are properly managed and in working order.
  • Implement and monitor compliance with all applicable healthsafety, and environmental regulations

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management or a related field
  • Professional certification in facility or maintenance management is an added advantage
