Responsibilities:
- Assist in supervising daily facility operations and maintenance activities.
- Support coordination of technicians, vendors, and service providers.
- Monitor electrical, HVAC, plumbing, cleaning, and general facility activities.
- Help prepare maintenance schedules and service reports.
- Conduct routine facility inspections and report faults or safety concerns.
- Maintain records of work orders, inventories, and operational documents.
- Support client communication and ensure prompt resolution of complaints.
- Assist with procurement and tracking of maintenance materials.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company procedures.
- Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- A minimum of an HND. in any related field.
- NYSC completed or currently serving is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of facility management operations
- Good communication and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn and grow within the organisation.
