Exports Logistics Coordinator - JHB South

Technical Competencies & Experience:

1. Truck scheduling for international clients
2. Collaborate with the purchasing and sales departments to guarantee prompt delivery from suppliers to customers.
3. Receipting purchase orders for payments associated with transportation.
4. Pricing negotiations with carriers.
5. Setting up quality auditor inspections for cross-border areas as needed.
6. Creating choosing lists and commercial bills.
7. Test certificates are sent to clients as needed.
8. Make that the necessary export paperwork is completed on time.
9. Every day, tracking data is tracked and clients are informed about the delivery's status.
10. Resolve issues right away to guarantee prompt delivery of goods to customers without incurring more expenses or fines.
11. Follow warehouse protocols to guarantee that all inventory is ready on time and trucks are loaded quickly.
