Key Responsibilities
- Complex diary and calendar management
- Coordinating meetings and preparing documentation
- Managing correspondence and professional communications
- Preparing reports, presentations and business documentation
- Liaising with clients, suppliers and key stakeholders
- Maintaining confidential information with absolute discretion
- Assisting with projects and ensuring deadlines are met
- General executive and administrative support
Requirements
- Proven experience supporting a Director, CEO or senior executive
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of professionalism, discretion and attention to detail
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
- Own reliable transport is essential
