The Role

  • The Executive Assistant will serve as the primary point of coordination for the Managing Director's office, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations, seamless stakeholder management, and effective execution of strategic priorities.
  • This role requires a highly organized, proactive, and discreet professional who can manage multiple priorities while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the Managing Director's calendar, meetings, and appointments.
  • Coordinate executive meetings, board sessions, and stakeholder engagements.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, reports, presentations, and briefing materials.
  • Draft and manage correspondence on behalf of the Managing Director.
  • Track action items and ensure timely follow-up across departments.
  • Conduct research and prepare executive summaries on business and industry matters.
  • Coordinate travel, accommodation, and logistics arrangements.
  • Manage executive-level relationships with regulators, partners, vendors, and other stakeholders.
  • Maintain confidential records, files, and documentation.
  • Support strategic initiatives and special projects as assigned.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, English, Law, or a related discipline.
  • Professional certifications such as CIPM, ICSAN, or related qualifications will be an added advantage.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 3–5 years' experience in an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Office Management, or similar role.
  • Experience supporting senior executives or C-suite leaders is strongly preferred.
  • Previous experience within banking, financial services, or other regulated industries will be an advantage.

  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong presentation development and report-writing skills.
