Job Description

  • Track and record all incoming and outgoing tools and machinery.
  • Schedule regular maintenance and repairs for damaged equipment.
  • Conduct routine inventory audits and asset counts.
  • Tag and register new assets into the company database.
  • Plan transport and delivery schedules for equipment and materials.
  • Coordinate the mobilization and demobilization of items to project sites.
  • Book transport providers, freight services, or vehicles.
  • Monitor transit movements and resolve delivery delays.
  • Prepare shipping manifests, waybills, and delivery receipts.
  • Maintain safety and regulatory standards for transport and handling.
  • Reconcile fuel usage, vehicle logs, and transport costs.
  • Report lost, broken, or obsolete items to management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, Transport Management, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in logistics, fleet management, equipment coordination, procurement, or supply chain operations.
  • Good knowledge of logistics planning, inventory control, and equipment documentation.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience supporting engineering, construction, oil & gas, or industrial projects is an added advantage.
