Responsibilities

• Assist in collecting data as per the program requirements for its different implementing locations with provided Tools.
• Seek out respondents who fit the suggested profiles in assigned locations and collect data based on questionnaires developed and supplied by the program.
• Gather and accurately record responses via questionnaires via KOBO Collect provided by the Monitoring and Evaluation team.
• Ensure that the completeness of responses is accurate and thoroughly checked.
• Submit completed questionnaires/Data and other equipment used in fieldwork to the research supervisor and will, if required to do so, compile his/her findings in a format required by the program
• As part of each assignment, participate in briefings; carry out data collection, data entry and/or reporting.
• Recognize and give an account of problems in obtaining data and provide useful feedback from field research activities.
• Work according to the program needs and, on a project-by-project basis.

Requirements

• Minimum of a Diploma, with at least one 1 year experience working as a enumerator
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and engage with community members.
• Candidate must be residing in the community, with proven ability to communicate in the local dialects.
• Candidates must be above 18 years; with proven community volunteering working experience.
• Ability to work under pressure and flexible; Proven integrity and good character and good knowledge of Local context
• Ability to read and write.
• Strong community engagement.
• Perform all other work-related duties.
