Highly motivated, and results-driven Elevator Sales Manager to lead our sales operations and drive business growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing the sales team, building strong customer relationships, and securing new business opportunities in the elevator and escalator market.
Key Responsibilities:
- • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and market growth targets
• Lead, supervise, train, and mentor Sales Supervisors and Sales Representatives
• Identify and secure new business opportunities and major projects
• Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, consultants, contractors, architects, and key clients
• Manage negotiations and close contracts for new installations, modernization, and maintenance services
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies
• Monitor sales pipelines, forecasts, and performance reports
• Ensure timely preparation of quotations, proposals, and tender submissions
• Resolve high-level customer concerns and maintain customer satisfaction
• Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of sales KPIs
