Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years' experience within logistics, fleet operations, transport management or last mile delivery environments.
Proven experience working with route management, driver performance monitoring and delivery optimisation systems.
Strong driver management experience, including coaching, compliance management, performance monitoring and real time issue resolution.
Demonstrated ability to manage owner-drivers or delivery teams within a high volume, service driven operation.
