Salary: ₦170,000 per month plus performance-based bonus
Key Responsibilities
- Safely transport passengers to their destinations while adhering to all traffic laws and company policies.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a professional attitude at all times.
- Ensure the assigned vehicle is clean, presentable, and in good working condition.
- Conduct daily vehicle inspections and promptly report any faults or maintenance issues.
- Use the driver application to accept, manage, and complete trips accurately.
- Maintain accurate records of trips and promptly remit payments in accordance with company procedures.
- Comply with all company safety, operational, and customer service standards.
- Handle passengers and challenging situations calmly and professionally.
Requirements
- Female applicants only.
- Minimum of an SSCE/OND qualification.
- Valid Nigerian driver's licence.
- LASDRI card or willingness to obtain one.
- Minimum of 3 years' professional driving experience.
- Good knowledge of Lagos roads and traffic routes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to operate smartphones and navigation applications such as Google Maps.
- Honest, punctual, professional, and customer-oriented.
- No serious traffic or criminal record.
Work Schedule
- Monday to Sunday on a rotating shift schedule.
- Off days will be scheduled in accordance with the company's shift roster.
