Tebelopele Wellness Center (TWC) is a leading non-governmental organization in Botswana, committed to providing high-quality HIV/AIDS and related health services.
With a national presence across 23 centers, Tebelopele offers integrated HIV-Sexual and Reproductive Health (HIV-SRH) services, including outreach programs to underserved and remote communities.
The organization's mission is to ensure all Batswana are aware of their HIV status and can access prevention, care, treatment, and support services through direct service delivery, technical assistance, and effective referral systems.
TWC is currently implementing the Epi
C Project, funded by FHI360.
The project aims to overcome barriers to achieving the UNAIDS 95-95-95 targets, with a focus on at risk and priority populations.
Implemented in eight districts (Gaborone, South East, Palapye, Kweneng East, Francistown, Boteti, Ngamiland, and Chobe), Epi
C strengthens national HIV programs through targeted interventions in prevention, case-finding, treatment, and sustainability strategies.
OVERALL PURPOSE: Reporting to the Senior Technical Officer, the District Coordinator will lead the day-to-day operations of Tebelopele service delivery in the assigned district.
The role involves the supervision and coordination of clinical services at both fixed and outreach delivery points, including drop-in centers, with a focus on at risk and priority populations.
The District Coordinator will also support community-based case management, promote linkage to care, and ensure the provision of comprehensive clinical services aligned with national guidelines.
