Position Overview – Director ICT Jobs in Lusaka Reporting directly to the Commissioner Business Facilitation, the Director ICT will be responsible for delivering timely, cost-effective, and efficient ICT solutions. This role demands collaboration with internal stakeholders and external service providers to ensure ICT infrastructure and systems align with corporate objectives and operational needs.

Key Responsibilities Lead the development, implementation, and management of ICT infrastructure and systems supporting ZRA’s business functions. Engage with customers and service providers to identify ICT requirements and negotiate service agreements.

Ensure ICT services are delivered professionally, efficiently, and within budgetary constraints. Monitor emerging ICT trends and recommend innovative solutions to enhance organizational performance.

Promote compliance with ICT policies, standards, and best practices across the Authority. Qualifications and Application Requirements Candidates should possess relevant academic and professional qualifications coupled with demonstrable experience in ICT leadership roles.
