Employment Information

To develop and execute digital marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, enhance property visibility, generate qualified leads, and support property sales and leasing activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including Google Ads, social media, email marketing, and display advertising.
  • Plan and execute SEO, SEM, and PPC campaigns to drive website traffic and generate qualified leads.
  • Optimize the company website, landing pages, and digital assets to improve user experience and conversion rates.
  • Create, manage, and publish engaging content across social media platforms and other digital channels.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other marketing platforms.
  • Generate and nurture leads through digital marketing initiatives and support the sales team in achieving conversion targets.
  • Collaborate with graphic designers, content creators, and sales teams to develop compelling marketing campaigns.
  • Manage the company's online reputation and ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital platforms.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and improve campaign performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years' proven experience in digital marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and analytics platforms.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other digital marketing tools.
  • Experience in content creation, social media management, and lead generation campaigns.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creative thinker with a results-oriented mindset.

Added Advantage

  • Experience as a Digital Marketer within the real estate, property development, construction, or property management industry will be an added advantage.
  • Demonstrable experience generating leads for property sales, leasing, or real estate investment opportunities will be highly preferred.
